Found it
I managed to find my package. Since I had a strong suspicion that it was my Amazon package that had gone missing, I used their tracking number on the Canada Post's own tracking system which was more helpful than Amazon's own. Turns out that the package arrived at the post office couple of hours after I was there on Monday, and I went there yesterday to ask for it again - and finally got my hands on it.
So I was watching those Princess Tutu DVDs this morning, I've now finished the first season ("Chapter of the Egg") - I will do a proper write-up on this when I've seen the whole series... But I can already say that it's without a doubt going to go into my top-5 favourite anime series ever.

Naruto
Planetes
Neo Genesis Evangelion
Fullmetal Alchemist
and now Pricess Tutu. Hovering on the edges maybe Haibane Renmei and Gankutsuou, maybe Bleach. Some series like Ergo Proxy and Eureka 7 which are still ongoing (for me) have a chance to make it. Maybe.
# 3 - Henri (on February 26, 2007 12:34 AM):
There are only so many things that fit a top-5 list. Five, to be exact. ;-)
Every time one makes it, you have to drop another.
That's why I refrain from doing exact top-lists these days.

(on February 26, 2007 06:59 AM): Yeah, that's why my lists tend to be a bit fuzzy on the edges ;) But I still like to use terms like top-so-and-so, and will only expand if some asks... because then I'll actually have think about it.
