Look mom, I'm on TV!

Yay, the episode with me in it aired today, I'm so famous now. It's really weird seeing yourself on TV, doing yoga nonetheless - I look so... soft, somehow I thought I'd be more, well, fit. I think the show looks really good otherwise - Jason and Kelly look really natural and themselves, and the practice is nice and accessible.
