Whales, schmales
"The captain had something in his eye", hence whale trip was cancelled. I'm disapointed, nay, I'm absolutely gutted - I was so looking forward to this trip. Laura and Harro managed to book a place in a tour for Wednesday, but I'll of course be working then.
Posted by kolibri at 14 August 10:39, 2005I understand how you feel. Last time we saw the seelions and the mysterious Broken Islands. It didn't feel so bad even if we did not see the whales. The consolation in your situation is that you still have the happy encounter with those fine animals ahead. As to myself and Ursa Major, we both still believe that we will see whales in their natural habitat some day.
