Morning yoga
For four mornings in a row, I've stuck to my morning yoga routine. It's not easy to get up 5:45 in the morning to do physical exercise, especially when I'm so stiff right out of the bed. But it seems to be working, in many levels. I'm not tired in the morning (or during the day), and this morning I even seemed to be a little more flexible than previously.
There's something about this, definetly.

Good for you!
I personally find the morning nonflexibility much more nicer than beeing "too flexible". If I try yoga daytime itīs way too scary cause the poses go too far.

Only 15 minutes earlier from what I would normally do. It's good for you, and as Mindy would say it makes you humble ;)
On the flexibility side - I wouldn't mind being ultraflexible, even in the mornings. Although I have to admit that I've had slightly scary experiences feeling my hip bones moving ("clicky hips") when I'm at my most flexible. Apparently it's all down to my joints.
